The publication was released on the occasion of the exhibition 0151 Archipel at Neuer Berliner Kunstverein (n.b.k.) and KOW Gallery as part of the book series “n.b.k. Exhibitions.” It comprises projects and interventions by Brandlhuber+ that took place in Berlin between 2005 and 2012 including extensive research material on building projects, texts on the Berlin Republic, reprints of selected interviews, city critiques, and teaching materials, providing a deep insight into the work of the practice. Accompanied by a photographic essay by Erica Overmeer, an interview by Hans-Ulrich Obrist with Arno Brandlhuber, and a text by Nikolaus Kuhnert and Anh-Linh Ngo, the publication draws a line from the issues of urban policy raised in the exhibition to the architectural practice of the office. Tobias Hönig from the Brandlhuber+ team compiled and arranged the archive and provided the extensive material.
