Berlin 2018, ARCH+, Arno Brandlhuber, Elke Falat, Anh-Linh Ngo, Muck Petzet, Olivia Reynolds, Antje Stahl, Robert Slinger
The newly built terrace house in Berlin by Brandlhuber + Emde, Burlon and Muck Petzet Architekten creates a new typology whose unusual depth and externality is radical for the Berlin context. The building is exemplary for the discussion about mixed use, densification and urban open spaces. The ARCH+ features began with a tour through the "brutalist hanging gardens of Wedding" followed by a discussion with the architects Arno Brandlhuber and Muck Petzet, the owner Olivia Reynolds and managing director of the studio and gallery house Elke Falat. The evening was moderated by Antje Stahl (NZZ) and Robert Slinger.
